The room was modern and stylish, we really enjoyed it; the location was great, close to Itaim and Vila Olympia areas with top shopping centers and a plethora of fantastic restaurants nearby.

our room was neat and fancy and complete with seperate desk and floors 2-12, for instance. we were in a particularly good and perfect location within walking distance of banco honda hall.

I appreciated staying here. The booked room was neat and fancy on the highest last 2 floors. All the staff was amiable, fixed my issues. The hotel had an excellent and secure location so close to Teatro Net. Food in the great restaurant was great!

We had a great stay at this hotel, located in a bustling area with easy access to a top-notch shopping center and great restaurants. The hotel facilities were clean and spacious, with immediate warm water showers. We appreciated the excellent service from courteous and helpful staff, especially Obrigado Murilio. The breakfast was really good and the coffee was nice.

No service in the pool area, while reading or working here I would have appreciated to have the option of ordering some drinks or coffee.

Smooth check-in, late check-out. Plenty of options for breakfast in the dining area. Favourable and absolutely perfect location overlooking city and just next door to the very nice shopping mall, other neighborhoods like paraiso, and the Itaim or Vila Olympia areas which can be challenging.

Great location near a mall. I loved the spacious room and comfortable beds. The shower was amazing and made me feel rejuvenated. The hotel also offered free parking in a secure underground lot, which was a nice perk. The diverse products in the minibar were a pleasant surprise. The staff were welcoming and provided excellent room service. The fast Wi-Fi allowed me to stay connected throughout my stay. The hotel also had good and secure location. I had a pleasant experience and would consider staying here again.

Although the carpet in the hallways looked dusty and a bit dirty, it didn't affect the cleanliness of the room itself. The elevator could have been faster, but it wasn't a major issue.

The air condition not workshop well making a lot of noise disturbing all night long , even after turned it off, it was a terrible night!

Greatly enjoyed Sao Paulo, the hotel was pretty standard close to a big shopping mall. The location was excellent, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Via Funchal Music Theater.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! the location couldn't be better - it's just across the street from a fantastic shopping mall and close to a variety of incredible restaurants. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile. Lastly, the rooms were clean and modern, with a unique open plan bathroom and a high-pressure shower. The attention to detail was superb, making me feel special throughout my stay.

Great staff (English speaking, helpful, friendly), big rooms, massive beds, spotlessly clean.

Swimming pool rarely gets the sun.

We stayed in an area that offered a lot - close to the business hub of the city, lots of bars and restaurants, and a shopping center right across the street. Gym and pool facilities were adequate and open 24 hours. Breakfast was good with a decent range of options.

The hotel's Wi-Fi connection was unreliable throughout our stay.
